Opening hours, rates and interesting facts
The caves are open throughout the year, but it is essential to make a previous reservation to arrange the guided tour.
It is possible to request a stop at the caves on the bus that runs between Oñati and Arantzazu. This service is available every Sunday and holiday of the year. Check timetables. The buses can also stop in the Arrikrutz-Oñati caves parking but you must call 900121400 at least half an hour in advance.

During Christmas and New Year period the cave will remain closed, on these days: 24th, 25th and 31st December and 1st and 6th January.

Oñati-Arrikrutz Caves are located between Oñati and the Sanctuary of Arantzazu.
You must continue walking along the path until you reach the reception area where the Interpretation Centre of the Oñati-Arrikrutz Cave is located.
