This sweet temptation, which creates passion and has identified people of O\u00f1ati over a century, has its interpretation space in the <a href=\"index.php\/listings\/txokolateixia-interpretazio-gunea\/\">\u201cTxokolateixia\u201d<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>O\u00f1ati has also a series of typical products manufactured by local producers, including the outstanding <b>cheese<\/b>. Pastures are plentiful in the area, so big flocks are raised. Furthermore, cheese has reached the highest quality thanks to the <a href=\"index.php\/listings\/gomiztegi-baserria\/\">Gomiztegi School for Shepherding<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Txakoli wine<\/strong> is also produced in O\u00f1ati under the Getariako txakolina certificate of origin. Guided tours are also offered by some of the wineries, for example, <a href=\"https:\/\/belaskua.com\/bisita-gidatuak\/\">Belaskua<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We can also find, among others, <b>honey<\/b> producers, <b>hand crafted bread<\/b>\u00a0or <b>chicken<\/b> raised in a traditional way.
